Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Looped. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time
All
orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will
receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order
has shipped.
Shipping Times
We
ship to all 50 US states. After your order has been processed and
shipped, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. While we do our best to
get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary
depending on your location and carrier availability.
Tracking Your Order
Once
your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this to follow your package every step of the way. If you
have any trouble locating your tracking information, feel free to reach
out and we'll help you track it down.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Looped
is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have
been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we
recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly. That
said, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help resolve the
situation.
Incorrect Address
Please
double check your shipping address before placing your order. Looped is
not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and
we'll do our best to make the correction before it ships.

Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
At Looped, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We
accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a
return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
with all tags attached. To initiate a return, reach out to us at [your
email] with your order number and reason for return and we'll get back
to you with next steps.
Refunds
Once
we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be
processed and automatically applied to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are
non-refundable.
Exchanges
If
you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective,
we'll make it right immediately. Contact us at
support@loopedstreetwear.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a
replacement at no additional cost.
Sale Items
Items
purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not
eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Returns
Customers
are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived
damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as
Looped is not responsible for lost return packages.
