At Looped, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, reach out to us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return and we'll get back to you with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately. Contact us at support@loopedstreetwear.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Looped is not responsible for lost return packages.
