Thank you for supporting Looped. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

We ship to all 50 US states. After your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way. If you have any trouble locating your tracking information, feel free to reach out and we'll help you track it down.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Looped is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly. That said, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Looped is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to make the correction before it ships.
